Summary: 
Henry Higgins, a phonetician, accepts a bet that he can change the speech of a Cockney girl to pass her off as a Duchess.  His colleague Colonel Pickering observes the transformation process while guiding Henry in proper etiquette towards a young lady.  Will Henry win the bet or will this young Cockney girl get the best of Henry and his skills?
